1. Bring more than 1 pair of shoes. You won't want to walk in a pair that just went through a downpour, plus it's nice to get a fresh pair in between rounds. 2. Be caddy friendly! limit the amount of balls in your bag and definitely other paraphernalia. 3. invest in decent rain gear. It can double as the outer layer for wind protection. Nothing worse than walking 36 and getting soaked. 4. Ask your caddy about the "secret" tee boxes. There are a number of locations where tee boxes were considered/built and are not in use. they can make some cool alternated tee shots on courses you've already played (ex: #2 Bandon Dunes tee box directly behind #1 green).
